1) Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, landing pages, and checkout experiences operated by Hi Planners (“Hi Planners ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order or accessing our digital products, you accept these Terms.
2) What we sell (digital goods only)
We sell digital products and services (e.g., Notion templates, Excel/Google Sheets files, tutorials, memberships, and “lifetime updates” access). No physical goods are shipped.
3) Prices, currency, taxes & fees
Unless noted otherwise, all prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST or U.S. sales tax where required) may be added at checkout.
If a service fee is shown at checkout, it is clearly itemized before you pay and covers processing/instant access and support infrastructure.
Your bank may charge currency conversion or international processing fees if you’re outside the U.S.; we do not control those.
4) Ordering, payment & security
You authorize us (and our payment providers, e.g., Stripe/PayPal) to charge the total amount shown at checkout in USD.
We may use standard fraud tools such as AVS, CVV, and 3-D Secure/Visa Secure. Orders may be declined or canceled if flagged by fraud screening.
We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
5) Delivery (digital access)
Delivery is instant after successful payment via download links and/or email to the address you provide at checkout.
If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Promotions. If still missing, contact connect@hiplanners.com and we’ll re-send your access.
6) License & permitted use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product.
You may not resell, publicly share, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship.
For teams/companies: one seat per person unless you purchased additional seats or a team license.
7) Subscriptions & auto-renew (if offered)
Some offerings (e.g., update access or memberships) may be recurring:
We disclose price, billing interval, and start date before you confirm.
Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel.
Cancel anytime online via the “Manage my subscription / Cancel” link in your emails/account, or email connect@hiplanners.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate or refund partially used periods.
For free trials (if any), we clearly state when paid billing begins.
California & similar laws (auto-renew): We present renewal terms clearly before purchase, obtain your affirmative consent, send a post-purchase confirmation with renewal details and a simple online cancellation method, and send renewal reminders when required.
8) Refunds, chargebacks & access
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered (access cannot be “returned”).
If we advertise a refundable service fee within 7 days, that exception applies only to the service fee and will be honored exactly as stated on the checkout page and in our Refund Policy.
Please contact us first with any issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered order may result in access revocation to prevent misuse.
9) Third-party accounts & requirements
Some products require third-party accounts (e.g., Notion, Google). Those services have their own terms and privacy.
Minimum requirements: stable internet and a modern browser or Google Sheets.
10) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
Share or distribute products beyond your license;
Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or mass-download content, or reverse-engineer templates;
Use our brand assets (name, logo, graphics) without permission.
11) Intellectual property
All content and products are protected by copyright and other IP laws. No rights are granted except the limited license above.
12) Disclaimers; no financial advice
Our products are tools and educational materials. We do not guarantee financial outcomes or results. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or the products will not exceed the amount you paid for that product (or, for a subscription, the fees paid during the last billing period giving rise to the claim). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
14) Electronic communications & consent
You agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, access links, subscription notices, and service announcements) and to transact electronically.
15) Changes to products & availability
We may update, improve, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or third-party service changes. If a material change significantly impacts access you already paid for, we’ll notify you and make a reasonable remedy (e.g., alternate access or download).
16) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your state/country still apply. We’ll try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days after you email connect@hiplanners.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of Melbourne, Australia, shall have jurisdiction unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated on-site and/or by email.
