
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1) WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
• This policy applies to digital products and services purchased from our websites and checkout pages (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets files, tutorials, memberships, Notion templates, “lifetime updates” access).
• We do not ship physical goods; physical returns are not applicable.
2) DIGITAL PRODUCTS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER DELIVERY
• Because access to digital content cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final once delivery occurs (i.e., we send your access/download link or unlock your account).
• Delivery is instant after successful payment to the email provided at checkout.
• If you don’t see our email, please check Spam/Promotions or contact connect@hiplanners.com and we will re-send your access.
• We maintain delivery/access logs (timestamps, email events, IP/device signals) to confirm successful fulfillment.
• The order form clearly states that by completing your purchase you agree to our Return & Refund Policy. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
3) EXCEPTION: SERVICE FEE (IF SHOWN AT CHECKOUT)
• If your checkout displayed a separate service fee, we offer a 7-day refund of the service fee only - as per our 7 day guarantee.
• This exception does not cover the main digital product price or subscription fees.
• To request the service-fee refund, email connect@hiplanners.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email used at checkout.
4) SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWALS (IF APPLICABLE)
• We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation.
• If a free trial is provided, we clearly state when paid billing begins. Charges after the trial are non-refundable for the current period.
5) DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL DUPLICATE CHARGES
• We promptly refund verified duplicate charges for the same product made in close succession to the same email/account.
• Email connect@hiplanners.com with order numbers and any bank screenshots that show duplicates.
• Once verified, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6) UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS & FRAUD
• If you suspect an unauthorized charge: first contact your bank/card issuer to secure your account; then email connect@hiplanners.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and why you believe it’s unauthorized.
• We cooperate with your bank’s investigation. Access associated with confirmed fraudulent transactions may be revoked to prevent misuse.
7) DEFECTIVE OR INACCESSIBLE CONTENT
• If a file is corrupted, a link is broken, or you cannot access content due to a technical issue on our side, we will repair or re-deliver access at no charge.
• Contact connect@hiplanners.com with your order number and a short description (screenshot or error message helps).
• If we cannot restore access within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer an appropriate remedy.
8) PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PROMOTIONS
• Prices and promotions may change over time. We do not offer price-matching or retroactive adjustments on prior purchases unless required by law.
9) TAXES, CURRENCY & BANK FEES
• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes (e.g., VAT/GST or U.S. sales tax where applicable) may be added at checkout.
• Your bank may apply currency conversion or international processing fees; these are not refundable by us.
10) HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (WHERE ELIGIBLE)

• Subject: Refund Request
• Body: order number, email used at checkout, and reason (e.g., service fee within 14 days, duplicate charge).
• We typically respond within 2-7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks may take 5–10 business days to post the credit (timing varies by bank).
• Reminder: the order form indicates that by purchasing you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
11) CHARGEBACKS
• Please contact us first; most issues are resolved faster than via a chargeback.
• Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered order may result in access revocation to prevent misuse.
• We share delivery and access records with the processor/bank during a dispute.
12) YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
• This policy is written for the U.S. market. Mandatory consumer protections in your state/country (if stronger) still apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.
13) CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
• We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest version. Material changes will be posted on our site and, where required, communicated by email.
